The County Treasurer's office is the collection center for taxes including real estate, personal property and mobile homes. The office also collects various non-tax revenues including business licenses, motor vehicle and driver's licensing fees. The Treasurer makes disbursements of cash to cover bills paid by county warrant, bond payments or remittances to other government agencies for which the county collects monies.
It is the ultimate goal and responsibility of the Clerk of Court to serve the public in areas including, but not limited to: marriage licenses, passports, and child support records. We assist District Court Judges by providing optimum and efficient case management of all District Court records.

A candidate must be 18 years of age; a citizen of the state; and (a) an elector of the county in which the duties of the office are to be exercised; or (b) in the case of an office consolidated between two or more counties, an elector in one of the counties in which the duties of the office are to be exercised.
