Job description
The Township Clerk/Treasurer is a joint position responsible for maintaining records for the township, managing the township's funds, keeping accounts of taxes and other revenues, paying out township funds at the direction of the Board of Supervisors, publishing all required notices, keeping minutes of Township Board Meetings, serving as the township election officer, and performing other various duties.

Candidate must be eligible to vote in Minnesota. Must have not filed for another office at the upcoming primary or general election. Must be 21 years of age or more upon assuming office. Must have maintained residence in their district for at least 30 days before the general election.
