The Township Trustee, sometimes known as Township Supervisor or Township Council member is a member of a multi-person Board charged with general governance of the township and execution of legislative, executive and administrative powers.
Eligibility requirements
Must be a citizen of the United States. A resident of Iowa, and the Township you are applying for. At least 18 years old. Must not be a convicted felon (unless voting rights have been restored by the president or governor); be currently judged incompetent to vote by a court and claim the right to vote in any other place.
